8 Most Popular Phone System Soft Keys

Soft Keys provide a mechanism for users to prioritize the phone system features that they use most frequently. By placing the feature on the front screen of the phone, it is always conveniently located at your fingertips, available for use at the touch of one button. This streamlining allows you to handle your clients with less delay, resulting in higher quality customer service. The picture below demonstrates the location of the soft keys on the Cisco 504G. There are four of them and they are located along the bottom edge of the LCD screen, underneath the Cisco logo.
