New CTI Feature for Hosted PBX - Click To Dial

Monmouth Telecom released a Google Chrome Extension which enables Hosted PBX users to click any telephone number on a web page, and automatically dial that telephone number. This Add-On is completely free for users with Hosted PBX.

Reliability and Scalability Upgrades to Hosted PBX

Monmouth Telecom has added reliability and scalability upgrades to our Hosted PBX Service. We maintain a cluster of geographically disparate VoIP servers, each of which has its own local storage responsibilities. This storage has been off-loaded to a separate cluster, designated solely for providing highly available file storage.
