1.)  We keep your Extension to Extension voice traffic on-site and do not hairpin it through our hosted servers. Most Hosted PBX providers fail to do this.

2.)  Desk-to-Desk Intercom "Pages" are sent as a single stream to a "Multicast IP Address" that is available to all of your Hosted PBX VoIP phones.  Most Hosted PBX providers simply send one active paging stream for every phone which can hammer your company's incoming IP link and cause voice quality problems.
